Nyasha Njela

Nyasha is a seasoned Fundraising and Nonprofit Leadership Professional with over a decade of experience in income growth, strategic transformation, and organisational impact. As Director for Southern Africa at Revolutionise International, she works with nonprofits across the continent to develop high-impact fundraising strategies, specialising in corporate partnerships, individual giving, and donor engagement for sustainable financial growth.

Previously, as Head of Fundraising at Feenix, Nyasha played a key role in scaling fundraising efforts, achieving 600% income growth over four years. Her career began at Doctors Without Borders (MSF) South Africa, where she developed a deep passion for philanthropy.

Nyasha has contributed significantly to the sector, serving on the Steering Committee for Women in Philanthropy South Africa and as a board member at Riskscape Upliftment Fund and Life Choices NPC, initiatives supporting youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. A sought-after speaker, she has shared insights at global conferences, including those hosted by Resource Alliance and Great Fundraising Masterclass.
