About Noble Corporation & Noble Deliverer
Noble Corporation is a global leader in offshore drilling, known for operational excellence and innovation. The Noble Deliverer is a state-of-the-art semi-submersible rig operating in Southeast Asia, supporting energy projects across the region.
Project Scope & Objectives
The project involved full rebranding of the Noble Deliverer, including surface preparation, repainting, and precise logo application. Our objective was to enhance the rig’s appearance, align it with Noble’s new brand identity, and ensure long-term durability in challenging offshore conditions.
Our IRATA-certified, multi-disciplinary teams used advanced work-at-height and access techniques tailored for the rig’s flat bottom hull. Surface preparation included grit blasting and airless spray painting, with marine-grade coatings supplied by Noble. Blast mitigation curtains and geotextile sheets ensured strict safety and environmental compliance with Noble and Labuan Marine Department standards.
Rebranding – Hull Name & Logo
The signage and branding scope on the Noble Deliverer was delivered as a turnkey package, incorporating fabrication, removal, structural reinforcement, and precision installation. Work was executed whilst rig was at anchorage off Labuan using rope access techniques, with full compliance to ABS standards and Noble’s branding specifications.
Rebranding – Hull Name & Logo
This was done in three phases:
Phase 1: Hull – Removal of all existing steel letters welded to the hull, cleanup and surface prep.
Phase 2: Hull – Prep and installation of all new Letters and Load Lines in accordance with ABS requirements.
Phase 3: Fan & Cement Room Walls – Repair of existing corrosion, renew steel where required, surface prep and paint. Prep and Build Noble Logo, dismantle and prep sections for welding. Weld sections to complete the logo. Final QC.
