Emily is an experienced International Careers Consultant with over 20 years in higher education, specialising in supporting international students with their professional development. Passionate about helping students navigate the global job market, she focuses on building confidence and empowering them to make informed career decisions.

Starting her career as a Graduate Recruitment Manager, Emily gained expertise in end-to-end recruitment before earning a Postgraduate in Human Resource Management and a PG Certificate in Career Education, Information, and Guidance. She has worked across multiple Scottish institutions, now based at Stirling, where she designs and leads specialist career programs tailored to international students. Through workshops, events, and one-on-one support, she equips students with the skills needed to thrive in a competitive global workforce.
