Nicole Henning
Nicole is passionate about building a strong, connected community of young professionals, students, and entrepreneurs. Currently in her third year of a BCom in Management Sciences at Stellenbosch University, she brings a fresh perspective on the challenges and opportunities young people face when entering the global business world.
Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, she has always been drawn to spaces that foster collaboration, learning, and innovation. Outside of work, she loves films, exploring cafés, and spending time with friends, always seeking inspiration from different people and experiences.
ASBN Future Leaders was created to bridge the gap between aspiring professionals and the wider business community, offering mentorship, networking, and real-world opportunities. In a rapidly evolving job market, young people need the right guidance, resources, and connections to thrive. It is about empowering future leaders, equipping them with the tools to succeed while fostering meaningful relationships between Scotland and Africa.
Nicole is excited to lead this initiative because she believes in the power of networks and knowledge-sharing to create opportunities. By supporting the next generation of business leaders, ASBN Future Leaders is not just shaping careers—it’s shaping the future of international business.
