Michelle is a natural-born entrepreneur and registered Professional Accountant (South Africa). Her core business Nimacc Business Lounge, which specialises in Digital Transformation. She has travelled across Africa assisting companies with implementing business processes, financial and operational controls, as well as required software solutions.

Michelle has built multiple companies from scratch and successfully sold two ventures. A leader in African entrepreneurship and female-led business empowerment, she scaled two companies during the pandemic. Outside of work, Michelle’s grit and energy helped her finish three Ironman Triathlon events. She’s a lover of languages and studies German, Portuguese and Zulu.
